Enjoy Sól Aqua 20-meter pool used with ozone-oxygenated water, free of chlorine,
pleasant for the skin and eyes. The pool is available for those under 18 years old until 6 pm.

Sauna IR
Temperature 60-70° C, our recommendation is a 20-30 minute visit.
Rest for about 15 minutes after, and hydrate your body.
Sound Room
Enjoy calm, peace & balance that also benefits your overall health.
Steam Room
Best option for healthy relax, especially after workouts. Up to 50° C with relative humidity of 80- 100%.
BIO Sauna
70-80° C and a moisture in a range of 60/70%.
We also add natural essential oils to make the visit more enjoyable.
Cryotherapy Bath
Our recommendation is taking a cold water shower before entering the cold water bath. This sequence will help you adapt to the chill and rinse your body after the sauna. We can add ice cubes for those who wish!
